Ach, Berlin! Dit war schön! Zum Ende der Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in unserer Hauptstadt brachte das Traditionshaus Peek & Cloppenburg ein Feuerwerk an großartigen Looks, coolen Promis und einer riesigen Überraschung auf den Laufsteg.

Die Musik wurde leise, die Lichter wurden gedimmt, die Gespräche eingestellt. Moderatorin Annemarie Carpendale betrat den Catwalk und versprach bei ihrer Moderation so einiges: fantastische Looks und eine großartige Party. Und sie behielt Recht. Denn das Modehaus Peek & Cloppenburg zeigte in Kooperation mit Labels wie Levis, Comma, Esprit, Pepe Jeans und Marc Cain die Styles der neuen Saison.

Dabei überzeugte Esprit mit knalligen Ensembles, Levis mixte Ripped Denim mit sommerlichen Farben, Marc Cain blühte mit floralen Prints so richtig auf, Pepe Jeans zeigte lässige Blousonjacken mit Sofort-Haben-Wollen-Charakter und Comma erntete für elegante Kleider haufenweise Applaus. Peek & Cloppenburg selbst schickte hauseigene und super elegante Roben über den Laufsteg. Auch GRAZIA durfte mit den genannten Labels einen Look stylen: Heraus kam eine coole Kombi aus Logo-Shirt, Colourblocking-Rock und auffälligen It-Accessoires. Da knallten die Konfettikanonen völlig zu Recht.

Und als wäre das nicht schon cool genug, kam dann auch noch eine Band dazu, von der wir (hey, geben wir es zu!) vor 15 Jahren alle Fans waren: Blue! Die Jungs, die sich 2002 mit Elton John und “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word” in unsere Herzen gesungen haben, holten ihre ganzen alten Songs wieder raus – und brachten die Front Row (darunter Moderatorin Collien Ulmen-Fernandes mit Ehemann Christian, Schauspieler Ken Duken und Model Franziska Knuppe) in Feierstimmung. Da kam die anschließende After Show Party gerade recht.
